Key Responsibilities:
• Aggressively promoting organizations recruitment services among prospective candidates via tactical meetings/ communications to maneuver existing business forward.
• Pitching various industries to maximize success of recruitment. Cultivating professional relationships with HR department (companies) as per organizations growth plans.

• Facilitated seamless execution of various HR operations by ensuring all requirements pertaining to documentation, people and processes are in place and follow the prescribed standards.
