My responsibility is:
• To case manage and take responsibility for clients, managing and delivering all aspects of their
requirements and building excellent client relations.
• Typing letters and other documents.
• Organizing events and making travel arrangements.
• Professionally manage incoming calls and answering queries.
• Organize and receive couriers.
• Managing diaries and making appointments.
• Photocopying and printing.
• Work with windows system, communication systems, OTIIS and fax.
• Multitask e.g. Receptionist, a Call center, IT and as a Personal assistant.
• Translation.
• Dealt with petty cash and expense reports.
• Manage databases and filing.
-Submitting applications for the UK visa, labeling the customer documents, receiving payments .
-Customer Satisfaction Index (To Conduct customer satisfaction survey, report and execute improvement opportunities).
-Daily sales report.
