Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions using human resources management system software. Responsible for all HR & Administrative functions and contribute to making the company a better place to work Recruit and retain talent to meet the needs of CR Handle Onboarding and Offboarding of Employees across CR Orientation and Exit Process Create and Revamp All HR-related Forms and work on requested policies Handle Probation Reviews of New joiners Junior-Mid level across CR Creating CDPs and Training plans with the HR Director on the employee performance management cycle and yearly compensation

Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs. Assess employee performance. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
