o Reviewing the specifications, drawings, BOQs and identifying the discrepancies between them.
o Issuing RFI's to the consultant requesting clarifications for design discrepancies.
o Submitting the materials catalogues and data sheets for approval before procurements.
o Coordinating and issuing the shop drawings for electrical activities after making coordination between all other activities.
o Preparing cost break down for any additional works out of contract scope of work.
o Issuing the as built drawings for electrical activities according to actual work done on site.
• 2003- 2005 as Tender Engineer for more many projects such as (HRH prince salman palace - Alqaser project 100 villas, . etc) . The job responsibilities included:
o Reviewing the specifications, drawings, BOQs.
o Collecting technical & commercial offers for various equipments & materials.
o Reviewing the offers to select the most suitable ones (commercial - technical)
o Preparing cost break down for all items mentioned in BOQs.
o Identifying the overhead percentage according to project conditions.
o Collecting various documents required such as (company profile, vendor lists, datasheets, catalogues, L/C, organization chart, time schedule . etc)
o Submitting the technical & commercial offers.

o Responsibility for identifying and assembling the list of the electrical remaining works (Punch list) for the main contractor to fulfill his scope of work.
