Primarily responsibility includes preparing Cash flow forecast to monitor city-wise cash burn rates (Burn Reporting), facilitating accurate forecasting of monthly working capital needs. Ad hoc reports were prepared that proved instrumental in presenting vital information to stakeholders, enabling the cofounders to attract investment into the company. Additionally, I forecasted the companys breakeven point and devised budgeting based on forecasted sales units.
• Preparing Profit and loss, balance sheet, CF statement, P&L commenting, Incremental Budgeting, Variance Analysis, City wise weekly Burn Report, Pricing decision making, Excel Modeling, process automation.
• Successfully resolved a recurring issue with the payment gateway and reconciled over 1, 000, 000 transactions, identifying, and rectifying unfair deductions totaling AED 153, 000.
• Reconciling around 35 account ledgers including, tips, wallet, 3 payment gateways, accrued liabilities, reimbursement accounts (cash dispute, uniform, RTA fines, accidents, Zofeur fines, Careem, etc.), 2 banks, supplier reconciliations, 500 driver earnings calculations and reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliations, customer fare reconciliations, B2B reconciliation, B2C reconciliation, VAT ledger reconciliation, customer fare collection breakdown preparation and reconciliation of cash collection at customer fare level, outsourcing firm services reconciliation, prepaid ledgers, etc.

• Had reconciled 2 billion dollars in the two integrated ERP systems (SAP ByDesign & Hybris). This task included around 243 thousand supplier and customer account reconciliation. Further, based on different proposition, investigations were done, and conclusions were provided to external auditors.
• Tasked with data migration from Xero to SAP for an international organization with existence in more than 4 countries.
• Involved in financial accounts on monthly basis of multiple UK companies that includes job accounting and project accounting service. Further, also involved in restructuring proposals making for companies facing issues in processes (Streamlining Business Operations and assisting in value addition).
• Was also tasked to prepare Group Cashflow forecast for an UK parent company on weekly basis.
• Was also involved in processing of customer and supplier invoices, bank statements, customer &
supplier account clearing, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, forex exchange runs, VAT runs, payment runs & allocations, etc. in the SAP ByDesign.

Teaching American and UK Business students, from Trent University, Birmingham City University and University of London, subjects like Financial Management, Financial & Management Accounting, Business Analysis, etc.

• At AGP Pakistan, my main role was to prepare and manage all types of financial accounts in QuickBooks such as receivable, payable, petty cash, sales, and purchase accounts etc. I was also 2 responsible for producing monthly financial reports. Was responsible for Bank Account Reconciliation and preparing Salary Sheets.
• Was also responsible for preparing budgets for different departments.
• Had also assisted in the designing of internal control systems for streamlining business process and
avoidance of fraudulent activities.
• Due to my strong grip on Business Analysis, I was also looking after the change in business processes
and communication channels mechanism across all the levels of the organization.
• Was part of the team which recommended centralized system through which all the control was
retained by the upper-level management to reduce the money trapped by lower-level management.
• I was also responsible for direct liaison with external auditors during audit.

• At RSM Pakistan, I was primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements etc., and auditing expense & revenue accounts to ensure validity of financial records.

• Was involved in the process of stock take, stock count of different clients.
