1. Performs functions associated with the acquisition, manufacture, testing, delivery, receipt, storage, custody and issuance of required materials to be used in construction.
2.Field and Laboratory Testing and Quality Control for Materials & Equipment’s Calibration.

5.Visit factories to ensure proper manufacture and testing of materials produced.

2. Follow up repairs of carpentry, plumbing fixtures, painting and plaster works

4. Report on any major defects noticed during the routine inspections and advice on the solutions.
5. Do routine landscaping and irrigation networks maintenance.
6. Prepare and report as per the check lists on daily, weekly and monthly.
