Greet and take picture of the local/international guests in each designated tourist attraction site. Handle cash in the cash register and process credit card payments. Sell various types of photo price packages to the guest.
Answer all incoming calls of the customers. Process, resolves, research and assist customer’s issues, concern and requests. Make outgoing calls to the customers.
Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge and teach all major subject load of Hotel and Restaurant Management course. Evaluate students’ performance fairly; demonstrate sensitivity to students needs and circumstances. Coach and mentor students in culinary festivals and competitions. Stay current in subject matter through professional development, through involvement in professional organizations, and attending professional meetings, conference or workshops.
