• Liaising with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demand.
• Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
• Managing plans for stock levels.
• Reviewing pricing and promotional strategies.
- Purchase designated products (fruits, vegatables, herbs)
- Place major orders for the international supplier
- Ensure accurate up-to-date prices of produce products in POs system & shelf tag
- Calculate the prices following established pricing guidelines
- Feed the daily invoices to the ytem
- Make weekly & monthly report
- Coordinate the supplier regarding damages and quantity discrepancy
- Offer tastes, samples, suggestions for purchase and ways to prepare products
• Facilitates the organization of all key projects, such as transition planning, new store opening, canned orders, business meetings and the like.
• Takes responsibility for consistent, timely, and accurate communication with suppliers, stores and planning team.
• Handles execution of clearance strategies, reorders, and related actions for product optimization.
• Maintains strong understanding of buyer actions taken and impact on sales plans, receipt flow, OTB and gross margin, provides insights and recommendations on product performance.
• Organizes and pull together samples for meetings and supporting sales information.
• Takes accountability for store calls and responses.
• Partners with internal and external colleagues on item and order inputs.
• Coordinates with parties involved for product demonstrations, promotional programs and activities.
• Monitors, checks and follow through on product orders, track orders, deliveries, storage and display requirements.
• Investigates and resolves product complaints and issues in a timely and speedy manner, with a balanced perspective in conformity with corporate policies and guidelines.
