Responsibilities:
• Conduct design development from Concept to Final Design and Tender Documents.
• Prepare an accurate and feasible design schedule, appropriate to the Design progress.
• Prepare and submit the Mechanical Design Standards.
• Control the quality of the design in order to meet the local and international codes, standards and authorities’ requirements.
• Lead the Mechanical Design team in a way to meet the deliverables and the Employers’ requirements.
• Lead the Mechanical design review team in a way to provide proper comments in accordance to SOW, Specifications, Local and International codes, standards and End User requirements.
• Lead the material submission review in a way to meet the project SOW and specifications.
• Respond to the Contractor’s queries during design review.

• Conduct design development from Concept to Final Design due to Architectural Modifications affecting the mechanical design drawings including related specifications and BOQ.
• Prepare a Time schedule, highlighting the construction progress according to the developer timeline.
• Review the Mechanical shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Review Mechanical Material Submittals.
• Study Cost Savings and Additional Costs submitted by the contractor
• Negotiate with international suppliers the cost, deliverables and quality of the product.
• Site Supervision and Inspection.
• Respond to the Contractor’s queries.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and upgrade the call center unit to receive and update the list of the Stations corrective order and tenants complaints.
Prepare a Time schedule for stations reparation, stations preventive maintenance, Stations overhauling…
• Lead and upgrade the fleet maintenance Unit and the car/truck washing system.
• Develop the stocking system for stations and Fleet.
• Lead the procurement unit and negotiate with international suppliers related to fuel stations and fleet about the cost, deliverables time and quality of the product.
• Develop internal audit unit.
• Control the budget for Stations maintenance, fleet maintenance…

Responsibilities:
• Supervise, follow up and Conduct the technical supervision for MEP trades on all the sites.
• Lead the MEP tendering team.
• Supervise, manage and coordinate with the MEP subcontractors.
• Lead shop drawings team and provide details and rerouting for design complications as per site condition.
• Lead the project Mechanical procurement unit and negotiate with international suppliers about the cost, deliverables time and quality of the product.
• Manage the submission of mechanical interim payment, variation orders, queries, …
