To ensure finished products, raw material, hygiene conformance
• Introduction of VIDAS testing method for Salmonella
• Expansion of the Micro lab & staff to accommodate factory volumes and implementation of QA / QC program with regards to all operations and documentation requirements
Establish and implemented microbiological and chemical testing procedures for baked products
• Set up the Microbiological lab and internal microbiological specifications
• Developed and conducted ‘On - the - Job - Training” for food handlers
To ensure finished products, raw material, hygiene conformance
• Supervision and maintenance of strict hygiene codes as per HACCP and RIF SMS Standards
To ensure finished products, raw material &hygiene conformance and set up the new Site Microbiology lab
• Maintaining of shell life records of finished products (Pasteurized Beer)
• Supervision of pest control methods, removal and recycling of water products of the plant.
• Member of in-house “Taste Panel”
• Assisting in maintaining ISO 9002 Standards
