I am responsible for zones 1, 2, and 3 in London with 2 senior supervisors, 6 supervisors and 24 sales representatives in order to profitable achievement of sales objectives and productivity by running an efficient sales team to have the greatest overall impact on company results.
"I was responsible for North region of Iran containing Gilan, Mazandaran, Gorgan, Khorasan, and Semnan. North region with 5 branch managers, 11 supervisors, 50 salesmen, and total number of 160 employee contributes almost %25 of total business. All 5 branch managers were reporting to me and 5 days a week I had branch visits and one day in Tehran head office.
Weekly meetings with sales team, controlling dedicated sales KPIs for each salesmen and SV, market visits, and each branches costs and benefits were the key elements in the region.
Achievements: For the last 8 months except August, North was the top region in total Iran under my supervision in terms of volume and other KPIs."
I was responsible for the wholesales business national wise reporting to GM. I had 5 supervisors, 2 senior supervisors and one coordinator/assistant who were dealing with 11 ROI agents and 200 top WS customers out of 4500 all around Iran. WS is almost %55 of total Savola business in Iran.
I used to have 3 supervisors and 15 salesmen responsible for areas 1 to 12 in Tehran in Retail.There were 2 other senior supervisors in the branch, one for WS and HRC and one for the rest of Tehran all reporting to the branch manager.
At the time of speaking, Savola used to work with BP Co. as distributor and I was Northwest region supervisor acting as RSM and reporting to him. East Azarbayjan, West Azarbayjan, Ardebil, and Zanjan provinces were under my supervision.Practically BP Co. was responsible for the whole sales and finance processes and me, as Savola's representative was responsible to follow up all sales KPIs and to make sure that BP Co. is performing up to Savola's standards.
I used to be grade A supervisor and 12 salesmen and 3 grade B supervisors were working under my supervision in Zones 3 and 4. We were dealing with almost 700 customers in these two zones who had Mahan's baskets and shelves in their shops. We were responsible to check these shelves on a weekly basis to refill them with agreed SKUs.
Coordination sales team with other departments like warehouse, logistics, and finance and GM interpreter.
