• Handling all the French speaking customers, facilitating the communication and the documentation process.
• Ensuring all issued revenue documents are correctly reported on a daily basis in the Back-Office System for the locations under my responsibility, to enable accurate invoicing by Sales and Revenue Accounts Department.

• Maintaining excellent working relationship with new and existing clients in many fields (Governmental departments, Ministries, Tour Operators, Hotels…) via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails.
