• Handling all the French speaking customers, facilitating the communication and the documentation process.
• Ensuring all issued revenue documents are correctly reported on a daily basis in the Back-Office System for the locations under my responsibility, to enable accurate invoicing by Sales and Revenue Accounts Department.

• Identifying and Prospecting potential leads, providing quotations and negotiating terms of agreements.
• Maintaining excellent working relationship with new and existing clients in many fields (Governmental departments, Ministries, Tour Operators, Hotels…) via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails.
• Suggesting new procedures to the management.
• Providing statistical and performance feedback on a regular basis to each team member during team leader absence.
• Submitting regular performance reports to management.
• Handling urgent customer calls that agents on the floor can't handle.
• Providing support, mentorship and coaching new joiners.
• Inspiring team members and showing initiative amongst the team to offer outstanding services to customers at all time.
• Using expertise to build strong healthy relationships with clients, convince them of all benefits of doing business with Emirates and create an open and accessible communication rout for free flow of information.
• Ensuring that targets are always achieved.
• Issuing Emirates tickets to customers and ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated, and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service.
• Highlighting to customers the legal requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time.
•Responsible for Business Development and Sales in Tunisia.
•Defining Strategies to generate new sales as well as retaining current relations and expanding the client base within the territory.
•Attending exhibitions and events in Tunisia and France, giving customer presentations, negotiating terms of agreements and closing deals.

•Data migration from old software to the new implemented ERP Wavesoft.
