GRP -products, GRC, Marble / Granite, Prefab Structures, Mosaic tiles, Rotomould products - Road barriers and tanks of various capacities, Pre-cast, Epoxy Designer Floorings, etc.
Meeting different Clients, Contractors, Consultants and analyzing their needs and requirements about the products.
Submission of Quotations, Negotiation, Order Booking, Payment collection etc.
Providing adequate support to facilitate smooth communication across all channels (Managers /Sales Team)
Providing submittals, samples and catalogues about the products and detailing clients about the same.
Regularly achieving sales targets thereby attaining company objectives.
Preparing reports and reviewing with the technical team and Sales Manager.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations to clients.
Accountable for Estimation & Planning of Marble and Granite Works
Monitoring & follow up with clients as well as Suppliers for adequate stock maintenance.
Issuance of Invoices & Collection of Payment.
Maintaining project HSE files, up keeping all safety statistical records and updating periodically.
Maintaining the safety department personal files, organizing and scheduling third party and in-house training for all in the company and sub-contractors.
Co-ordination with the Department of Civil Aviation on weekly and monthly reports and other correspondence.
Maintaining individual training register of safety department
Preparing accident / incident reports, preparing accident / incident / near-miss analysis and year-end reports.
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Checking quantities of goods in stock;
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
