HVAC design for data center meeting TIER 4 requirements according to up-time institute
standards.
• Building a Mechanical Revit Model free of clashes - all systems: plumbing (drainage & water
supply), firefighting, ventilation & HVAC.
• Verifying all tender documents and assuring that all documents (drawings and calculations).
ready for construction without any contradictions between the specifications, BOQ and the
minimum technical requirements.
• Preparing HVAC loads calculations.
• Providing external static pressure calculation for each system and comparing it with the
tender documents.
• Technical support to the contractor in the construction phase and solving any problem in
construction, material selection and client new requirement.
• Preparing shop drawings.
• Ensuring the compliance of work with contract objectives.
• Preparing the basis of design report.
• Designing the suitable HVAC system of any application.
• Providing a suitable ventilation system to meet the requirements for each application.
• Coordinating/solving the major clashes between the systems and find the optimum
solution.
• Representing the status of the project, progress and completion of it.
• Managing the work of allocated engineers and providing them with support.
• Documenting major events that could affect the project's cost, schedule, or client relations.

The area of the KAMC is 800, 000 square meters. It was constructed with the
National Project for Comprehensive Health Care, through which the ministry
of Health aims to provide high quality medical services which will fulfill the
aspirations and ambitions of the leadership. It is set to meet all the
requirements of citizens. The accommodation capacity of the five-story
building is 1500 beds, of which 500 beds have been allotted to the specialist
referral hospital. The hospital covers all rare specializations.
