•AnFirst point of contact with the patients and giving information about differents procedures performed in the center and about the process.
•Organizing the schedules of the doctors,
•Dealing with the insurances concerning the approvals and the eligibility,
• Taking care of the petty cash
•First point of contact (by phone and in writing) for private patients from the Gulf region.
•First point of contact for insured patients, and operational communication with representatives of insurance companies in the Gulf region, including the assigned key accounts.
•Contacting patients to initiate the process of collecting information about: medical complaints, medical diagnosis, medical history and patient's requests.
•Entering all necessary and available data into the CRM system and communicating with the team in Hamburg, both verbally and in writing.
•Presenting cases to the case coordinators.
•Communicating on a daily basis with other PHG offices about current cases, logistics and other aspects related to the new patients.
•Based on the information received from the Hamburg office, communication with patients regarding quotations, possible dates for treatment/diagnosis, next steps to be taken and all other related aspects to assist the patient receiving medical treatment in Germany.
•Follow up on quotations, and signing agreements with patients and/or insurance companies.
