Scope of Work:
* Design initiating and reviewing before construction handling all technical in against contract and specs
* Monitoring Architectural and interior material submittal and providing approval.
* Coordination with design offices in Amman and Biuret.
* Perform all coordination works between the all project parties specially the owner.
* Monitoring and evaluating the contractor's works and performance and reported them to the owner and high level management.
* Tracking and updating all progress of works against the project schedule of works and time frame.
* Revising the design drawings with instructed team and evaluate the design value against the execution.
* Perform all correspondences with project parties (DAR, OWNER, CONTRACTOR)
* Monitoring the contractor performance of works in the site against the project schedule and evaluate the payments amount against
the progressing.
- KSA- Dar Al Handasah Consultants - KSA
Supervision works for executing four different correctional facilities cites in KSA.
* Each correctional facility is class A and capacity is about 8000 inmates
* Each correctional facility has clusters of (different types of prisons, services, security systems, admistartion area, logistic area,
VIP sections…etc.).
* Tracking the execution works as per contract documents.
Scope of work:
* QA/QC Manager, tracking the project construction process with the specifications and contract
documents.
* Monitoring project quality and assuring that construction process is according to the specification and
contract, as well as, following the design drawings.
* Observed and reported the progress, handled official correspondence, resolved technical issues,
maintained seamless.
* Project coordination and ensured quality for all structures spread across 1.6 sq km.
* Coordinated project activities and phases with multiple departments that included electrical,
mechanical, structural, architectural, interior, exterior, hardscaping and landscaping.

Scope of work:
