Define project scope, goals and results, tasks, and allocate resources, including tacking
and handling risks.
Lead project teams, including in house and contracted engineering teams, technicians,
onsite, fabrication and commissioning.

employed Consultants, Contractors & Subcontractors and suppliers and integrates their
work after his validation into overall commercial success.

Assist the Project Manager in all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects
of the projects and in negotiating any final settlements on contract terms.
In one year, I completed the preparation of more than fifteen bills of quantities for private
villa and commercial projects, as well as tenders from A to Z.
