Spearheading technical and commercial proposal development across the GCC, driving over 12 million QAR in annual sales for a diversified portfolio of design, engineering, and construction projects.

• Spearhead project management initiatives for the Qatar branch, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 28 projects at various scales across the GCC region.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead budgeting processes, managing project finances to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide sales representatives, setting quarterly sales targets and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preparing tailored quotations and pricing proposals that maximize value.
• Draft and present comprehensive project baselines, offers, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and follow up on purchase orders (PO) and letters of agreement (LOA) to ensure timely execution of projects, while issuing Variations (VARs) as needed.
• Review package submittals, including drawing sets, bills of quantities (BOQs), specifications, renders, mood boards, and cutsheets to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee invoicing processes and payment follow-ups, ensuring timely receipt of payments and issuance of completion certificates while maintaining strong client relationships.

Managing a team of 14 engineers, draftmen and surveyors, we took a 3D scan using 3d scanner laser of the 4 towers as built concrete, Modeled it in 3D and submitted a 300 pages deviation report consisting of plans, sections&elevations of the as built against the intended IFC design drawings, followed by a clash detection report simulated in Navisworks & summarized in a 26 pages report for each elevation of each tower, reflecting clearance and clash

-Coordinate between design, site and MEP
-Supervising as built measurements and surveying of existing structures. Managing surveying team and coordinating them with finishing teams to ensure proper alignment of finishing
-inspecting curtain walls, wooden cladding, Vinyl flooring, parquet and marble materials before&after installation on site
-Providing design solution on site through drawing details
-Snagging post polishing
-Fabrication drawings coordination and reviewing

Qatari Diyar Vinci (QDVC) Red line south underground RLS JV

Main Fit out Contractor for the Red line south stations. All trades and sections including Ceiling, Flooring, Walls, Balustrade, Elevator, Public facilities, Back of house and MEP

-Coordinating/ and assisting the Project manager / Senior Architect in managing the 80 selected suppliers for the 3 options of the one to one scale Large mock up ( 1100 m² ) for the Red line south underground stations.
-BIM management, preparing with the BIM specialists all stages and data needed for the production of the LOD 500 from the LOD 200 model received from the contractor, of all disciplines
-Proposing design solutions for Designer / Main contractor
-Preparation of coordinated shop drawings from all suppliers
-Shop drawings list preparation / production of shop drawings supplied and applied by IMAR
-Reviewing IFC drawings and establishing RFI's.
-Managing draftsmen and architects for the production of shop drawings.
-Assisting Site manager with all site requirements including coordinates for organic shapes.
-Extracting quantities and areas for organic surfaces .
-Reviewing details and shop drawings received from suppliers and manufacturers

Job Description:

-on site supervision and support
-Preparation of 1 to 1 templates for construction, coordinating between the site, project manager and the carpnters preparing the wooden templates required on site
-3D Coordinates extraction
-Detailing and Shop drawing submital
-Coordinate with the Client. preparing RFIs and clarifications, informing the designer and client about design issues and design errors that are not feasible, proposing alternative solutions with minimal cost and time impact.
-Coordination between IMAR and the subcontractors working under their supervision, from providing them with necessary data, reviewing their shop drawings and supporting them with design details proposals
-Managing the shop drawing log and the draftsmen preparing the shop drawings, Managing the BIM team and extraction of all necessary data from the BIM model

First technical engineer to join the project, temporary managed the Technical department directly under the project manager for a duration of 5 months, during which my main job responsibilities included:

-Designing the Storage block, the boundary wall, steel gate and marble flooring
-GRC patterns design for the facades and elevation design
-Preparation of Shop Drawings
-Applying consultants comments to IFC drawings and altering necessary and urgent adjustments
-Coordination between Main contractor and Designer
-Managing the draftsmen and distribution of work to meet the projects baseline
-Meetings with subcontractors and coordination with Quantity surveyors and the procurement manager
-Coordination with planning department
-Assisting Land surveyors and providing columns/beams/and slab edges coordinates
-Site inspections
-Site mobilization plan ( design and management, coordinated with the construction manager )

Prepartion of IFC drawings, rendering 3D shots, 3D modeling, detailed IFC drawings. my experience was a great one, i had the chance to be part of an officenwith an international
reputation, and a large staff from different nationalities i learned more about the system of
work and was able to practice my skills in different Softwares and programs including
photoshop, illustrator, indesign, 3D MAX, autocad, Office Word, Rhinoceros, Coral draw
and other minor programs
