From October, 2014, I worked as quality assurance manager in Halal Food Industries Company for frozen meat products. Fortunately I could employ my knowledge to achieve an ambitious dream of mine: the "Umbrella of Quality Assurance." This encompassed the hygienic design of the processing equipment and layout of this plant, employee training and hygienic management, cleaning and disinfection procedures, sampling and inspection plans, HACCP system, etc. These broadly describe my research interests.
At my request and based on director recommendations I transferred to Al-Rayyan dairy company that also located at industrial zone in Ramallah-Palestine, and started to work on building a quality system conforms to specifications respect to dairy products, I was serve as executive director in management of quality and production control also microbial and analytical laboratory inspection manager, So that I worked in this company for a period of 6 months until I finished the quality assurance system.
After I received my master's degree I committed with Hebron University as faculty member in department of food science and nutrition for eighteen months, we were teach specialized courses in food science and technology like; food microbiology, food additives, introduction to food engineering, and introduction to food science and technology.
After I received my bachelor's degree in food science and technology, in July, 2006 directly I started working as laboratory technician for the first ten months of permanence at Al-Salwa Food Co for cooked cured meat products. which located at industrial zone in Ramallah-Palestine, and we were inspect all microbial tests that are related with meat and cooked cured meat products, after that I became quality technician for two years so we were apply standards of food safety management system (ISO2200:2005) like controlling all processes from receiving raw meat materials up to distributed final products to consumers, all of that was in previously mentioned company, And then I received management of the quality assurance department as the leader of food safety team and directly responsible for food safety management system in the company for the end four years, through my work in this period up to Sep. 2012, I completed the master's degree in applied industrial technology branch food science and technology.
