⦁ Responsible for receipt of payment through automatic debits, vouchers, credit
cards, check and cash
⦁ Ensure money in cash drawers is adequate at the commencement of shifts.

⦁ Solicit potential clients to buy, sell and rent properties
⦁ Advice clients on properties and other related information
⦁ compare properties to determine a competitive market price
⦁ Generate lists of properties for sale or rent including details such as location and
features

⦁ Answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails
⦁ Management and resolve customer complaints
⦁ Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
⦁ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
⦁ Provide product and service information to customers
⦁ Research required information using available resources
⦁ Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
⦁ Process orders, forms, applications, and route calls to appropriate resources.
