Working as a Senior Property Consultant, My job role was to sell investments of Hotel Apartments to clients from all different nationalities, ranging from GCC to Nigeria to as far as the US. Our properties ranged from AED1.3 Million - AED4 Million. I had to tour clients around our properties available for investment within Dubai, convince them on the investment, show figures relating to properties and write business.

I worked as a shopfloor supervisor and duty keyholder, distributing jobs on a daily basis to my team of staff. I created these jobs by walking around the shopfloor on a morning and listing jobs that needed to be completed within the day ahead. I was also food supervisor and on a daily basis rotated stock and merchandised new products into the fixtures, aswell as monitoring stock levels and ordering quantities of stock I feel would sell well within the store.

Courteously greeted customers and efficiently processed transactions within busy, fast-paced retail environment. My main role involved delegating my team to achieve the best of their ability by identifying key areas in the store that can be improved and choosing a relevant member of staff capable of completing that job. Operated cash register, scanners and computers to itemize and total customer purchases and orders. Cash office duties involved balancing the drawer at the end of each shift, checking safe and issuing change. Assisted with store stocking, floor-sets and opening/closing procedures as key holder.

During my time as a plumbing and heating engineer I worked on installing and repairing various central heating systems ranging from domestic combination boilers to unvented heating systems in larger dwellings. I also fitted radiators and ran gas supplies to appliances from the meter. I studied at college one day a week working towards my BTEC technical certificates level 2 and 3 in plumbing and gas studies.
