• Provide input for the development/enhancement of productivity monitoring systems to streamline workflow activities and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of caregivers operations.
• Review the payroll file thoroughly to ensure accuracy of data and incorporation of all changes applied. Exit Management:
• Support the offboarding process including but not limited to exit meetings, memos, reviewal and approval EOSB, and communication with the caregiver People Management:
• Assign responsibilities effectively in adherence with the organizational DoA and monitor the workflow of the function while maintaining high employee engagement and a motivated work environment.
• Drive opportunities for employees to suggest, participate and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
