1) Managing the contractor work progress and quality. 2) Review the contractor shop drawings and material submitals.
3) Ensure that the project is going as per the time plan. 4) Daily site walk and weekly technical meeting with the contractor. 5) Review and release the progress payments for the contractor. 6) Lead and manage the site team for the finishing work such as tilling, plaster, marble cladding , painting, wood cladding, gypsum ceiling, etc … 7) Coordinate between MEP team and finishing team. 8) Prepare the kitchen layout as per the F&B team and coordinate with the kitchen equipment suppliers to arrange the required MEP provisions. 9) Review the kitchen ventilation with the required air balancing and ecology unit selection to ensure the best ventilation result with best exhaust air quality. 10) Manage the required man power for each team to ensure that the project is going as per the activity schedule. 11) Supporting procurement department with fully information and specs to ensure procuring the correct items with the minimum lead time. 12) Training the site supervisor to get the best result from the man power. 13) Reporting to CEO about the project progress and coordination

1) Prepare Shop drawings for submission to the Consultant 2) Coordinate Architectural details with other Engineering discipline for proper integration of shop drawings and work execution. 3) Review material technical submittals from suppliers to ensure compliance on project specification. 4) Review and provide inputs on method statements from supplier prior submission to the consultant. 5) Inspect architectural finishes in coordination with QA/QC to obtain approval of consultant approvals. 6) Assist Project QS and Planning Engineers for update of progress in Architectural works. 7) Carry out site walks and inspection for construction, identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team and MEP Manager.
8) Carry out inspection with QA/QC and Consultant for Finishing works of Subcontractors, 9) Participate in coordination meeting and progress meeting To provide technical advice to construction and MEP teams and follow up action plan as per agreed with all Sub contractors. 10) Ensure that Subcontractors have enough manpower that effectively serves as per project requirements. 11) Coordinating between the Project team, sub-contractors, consultants & Client involved in the project. 12) Reporting to Sr. Project Manager (Site) and Projects Director (Head Office) for coordination issues, arranging coordinating meetings, prepare minutes of the same and follow-ups with all concerned. 13) Preparing snag list for the Finishes work and updating the status

1) Preparation the shop-drawings prior work execution. 2) Review and prepare material submittal in compliance with specifications and vendor list 3) Meet the consultants for technical discussions and secure approvals for drawings and material submittals. 4) Managing manpower effectively as per site requirements and condition. 5) Prepares variation breakdown and costing. 6) Preparation the as built drawing. 7) Control the quality of the work and ensure that all installation are done as per standard and approval. 8) hand over the projects to Consultant/Client with job completion report 9) Report to company Management and contractors for any variation for the work or project
time extension due to changes that may affect the progress or the authority regulations 10) Providing technical and execution supports to the foreman & technicians 11) Estimation and Tendering as per approved drawings. 12) Preparation of project daily activity report
