• Manage the training and documentation process
• Maintain an open door policy to answer questions from CEs as necessary
• Establish and maintain schedules and deliverable deadlines

• Meet with content experts and the training specialist on a regular basis

• Allocate the users for the various training sessions
• Resource allocation and scheduling - point of contact for delivery manager
• Coordinate workflow and schedule trainings
• Interact with clients and Content Experts
• Develop Quality storyboards for various domains
• Develop storyboards for games
• Adhere to the business quality and produce social content
• Interact with the development team for the development of courses
• Organize client meetings, interact with vendors and present the course
• Scripting and Storyboard creation

Masters in Education Technology with specialization for Elearning and instructional design
