Perform planned preventive maintenance and ensure all MOPs on site are implemented.
Install and maintain Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and ensuring remote site visibility to NOC
Implement QHSE policies in all work operations, both routine and non routine operations.
• Ensure all assigned tools \[Measurement While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) tools\] are continually maintained at shop with highest standards in proper functionality and minimum failure.
• Perform tools repair and modification in a competent manner in documented procedures and workmanship standards.
• Undertake constant evaluation of tools operating conditions so that anticipated anomalies are promptly resolved.
• Respond quickly to tool service level changes and upsets so that Turn Around Time (TAT) is kept at a minimum.
• Record all maintenance and failure events immediately, honestly, and accurately using the most computerized maintenance management system.
• Make recommendation(s) to the supervisor on requirements for spare parts and test equipment necessary for efficient maintenance.
• Implement QHSE policies, standards and procedures in routine and non-routine tasks aimed at minimizing and eliminating QHSE losses.
The course is a theoretical and detailed practical sections in engineering such as mechanics, thermodynamics, Hydraulics, engineering mathematics, computer, engineering design, AutoCad, etc
