Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards, Maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in the HSE manual.Investigate and report all reportable accidents, internally to revelant persons and externally to the relevant authorities
Prepare plan and of their specific responsibilities and duties and that all can have easy access to this plan at any time. Follow for suitable induction HSE awareness training for all staff and maintain records of these trainings.Conducting a proper investigations for the accidents could be occurred and report them to the management. Perform daily inspections, Inspect on the different work areas for unsafe practices or conditions and take appropriate remedial actions and monitor rectification. Ensure that all HSE data (monthly reports, weekly reports, tool box meeting reports, HSE minutes of meeting, audit reports, as well as all the different HSE data, registers and reports) are being properly. Performing other duties related to the sure that all staff is well aware of the contents of the HSE job as assigned by the Project manager.
