• Responsible for design, configure and managing IT Infrastructure which include HP servers, storages, backup and recovery software’s (HP Data Protector, Symantec Netbackup, backup excec, VEEAM ), Tape libraries .
• Responsible for coordinating and assigning task to junior engineers based on the customer calls.
• Be responsible for managing the IT system to meet strategic goals.
• Installation, commissioning, up-gradation, and maintenance of new server with required RAID level and network teaming. Troubleshoot of any HW & SW related problems.
• Responsible for provide Online / Onsite technical support to Helpdesk. Also Co-ordinate with system vendor for online help or indent the faulty parts (if required).
• Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT.
• Coordinate with remote site engineers for smooth running of Domain activities (Laptop/Desktop/Server).
• Co-ordination with vendors / suppliers for any business critical hardware or application issue
