• Provides quantities for invoicing and contractual claims if required.
• Prepares cost estimates of variation orders related to mechanical works.
• Estimates quantities and cost of works related mechanical works for tender documents.
• Maintain, monitor and control project budgets, through Project Controls system, and issue variance reports on monthly basis
• Perform cost analysis for construction activities.
• Maintain, monitor and update the Change Control Registers.
• Perform trend analysis and advise project management team of any deviations from budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Creating the Procurement Requisition (PR) from the Electromechanical for requesting the material in the SAP builder.
• Checking the material in the contract or budget if within the budget before creating the procurement requisition (PR) in the SAP builder.
• Controlling the budget as per requested material.
