Work Description and Responsibility:
• Responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of the project to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the approved plans, project specifications, inspection and tests plan;
• Directly oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
• Responsible in preparing Daily Quality Control Report, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP).
• Responsible for the implementation of three-phase inspections and the preparation of submittals.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and the Project Director, to ensure the management team is well-informed to the status and requirements of the project.
• Coordinates with the Designer of Record for any site issues that needs to be clarified.
• Coordinates with the client representative, USACE/Parsons Team to ensure work quality requirements are being met.

•Reviews and controls quality of all materials and works at site and ensure compliance to the approved submittals, plans and project specifications, and coordinate with contractor to maintain quality of all system. Supervises effective implementation of all test and inspection and ensure adherence to all procedure.
