Job Description: Conduct on-site inspection of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Protection installations, materials and equipment of the contractors.
Check if the materials and any portion of work conform to the drawings and specifications.
Check if materials are properly handled, stored and used in the projects.
Supervise the execution of works, carryout regular inspections of works and confirm the materials to comply with the construction contract documents and requirements.
Ensure that works are being carried out as per the approved Method statements and Shop Drawings using approved Materials to avoid any abortive works.
Ensure that removal or repair of faulty construction, which was performed without inspection and corrective works are undertaken accordingly by the contractors.
Prepare progressive snagging lists throughout the construction period.
