Provide survey points using Digital theodolite prior for pile boring.
• Provide actual level reference for bored pile elevation.
• Provide as-built plan of bored pile layout using AutoCAD.

Daily monitoring of over-all manpower of Land development department.
• Provide technical support to Project Management in resolving problems concerning inspection
methods and procedures of completing works within the scope and intent of applicable codes and
standards.
• Review and issue of job clearance for contractors according to their qualification done by approved
third party company. Allocating work to subcontractors.
• Review, evaluate and monitor the weekly report from different subcontractors.
• Review and punch listing of housing Units.
• Leveling and Surveying prior for road preparation and housing lay-out.
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
• Inspection of the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with plans and
specifications.
