•Designed and conducted Safety training program for the department and liaised with the division’s safety personnel in compliance to the Saudi Aramco’s’ KPI on training matrix.
•Ensure that Project Management Project Safety Index (PSI) evaluation for all projects contractors are being done on timely basis by all divisions.
•Tracked and report to the Department Manager and Administration the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Safety Training Matrix Plan and Completion Rate by the Department as a whole.
•Lead and coordinate the Department Safe Operations Committee (SOC) meetings held quarterly.
•Review and monitor the Department Safety Management Systems (SMS) compliance to the Project Management SMS.
•Conduct regular HSE field compliance audit at all projects division sites. Recommend necessary action to close all noted compliance issues and prevent recurrence, i.e., campaign, training, etc.
•Investigates reports of incidents, injuries and near misses, and give advice to prevent recurrence, when appropriate to all division safety advisors and their Management.
•Recommends the purchase of safety equipment, related supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE), in accordance with Saudi Aramco requirements.
•Interface with other staff in related organizations, such as Loss Prevention, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Community Services and other departments in relation to corporate HSE requirements.
•Perform other job as required by the Department and Business Administration Manager.
