Position: Logistics and Supply Chain Manager
Company Profile: Great Well Oil and Gas, is a part BIURS Energy, Russia. We are into EPC, Energy, Engineering and Manufacturing. Our customers are Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft, Eni Italy, CNPC, Burren, Qatar Petrolieum, KNOC, ONGC, Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft, etc.
Over all responsibility of managing various projects and business developments for the company.
➢ Set achievable goals and deadlines for various projects, shipping, clearance, etc
➢ Facilitate projects and business developments initiative from the start till end of every project.
➢ Monitor various projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, productivity improvement and manpower planning.
➢ Interface with buyers for placing local and overseas orders and co-ordinate with suppliers for finalizing delivery schedule for materials and equipments.
➢ Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure that materials and equipments are delivered by the supplier and collected by the freight forwarder and received at the site on time.
➢ Monitor and co-ordinate with various freight forwarders, third party agencies, ports, customs, sub contractors to accelerate shipments and clearance.
➢ Interface with insurance agencies for regular declaration and reporting in case of any accidents while goods are in transit.
➢ Negotiating with customs and excise authorities for approvals with respect to import and export operations/clearance.
➢ Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement contractual procedural changes to improve operations.
➢ Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.
➢ Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
➢ Preparing Management reports on monthly and weekly basis as a part of MIS.
➢ Increased profitability of the company.

Position: Procurement and Supply Chain Manager
Company Profile: Faisal Jassim Industries is trading and manufacturing company, with more than 800 staff. I work as Procurement and Supply Chain Manager from April '03 till May ' 09 and reporting to Managing Director. Co -ordinate various contracts with our branch offices in Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, India, Syria, Iraq, Oman, etc

Company Profile: Worked with Ebasco, an Oil and Gas contractor, who service all our customers from Dubai. Our Majour clients are Schlumberger, Halliburton, KBR, TWI, Supreme, CNPC, UN etc.. as Procurement and Logistics Manager from December 1997 till Jan '03, reporting to Commercial Director.
