● Responsibilities:
● Assess, evaluate security, and improve current standing for Microsoft 365/Azure
environment
● Provide M365/Azure security recommendations based on assessment
● Document the compliance and security of M365/Azure and provide reports to
management
● Utilize M365 Security tools such as Security and Compliance Admin Center Log, DLP,
anti-phish/anti-spam solutions.
● Conduct security improvements for M365/Azure based on assessment with impact
analysis
● Provide high level support to customers
● Analyze customers’ industry and provide appropriate business solutions
● Track product adoption and customer satisfaction
● Guide customers through service configurations
● Assist and provide technical support by phone and email
● Proactively and comprehensively document customer issues in customer systems of tickets; and
● Carry out all related tasks according to the evolution of the position and the needs of the Department
● Securing Microsoft 365 environment using Security and Compliance center
● Utilized PowerShell cmdlets for Microsoft 365
● Implement security policies and risk rules in the Endpoint Protection Tools
● Implements and manages database security tools used for various databases.
● Performs the installation of security tools and applications in the endpoints, servers and network
● Calibrates Data Leakage Prevention Rules in accordance to Policy
● Implements Patches and fixes for deployed security tools and applications.
● Performs system configuration on security tools acquired.
● Implements data back up on logs or the various security tools
● Coordinates and aligns with Cybersecurity CIRT and Governance for potential and known threats
● Coordinates with vendors on the support needed to resolve security issues
● Provides L1 support for Endpoint Security tools issues
● Provides regular reports for Endpoint Security tools
● Troubleshoots software and/hardware issues/failures
● Reports/Escalates significant alerts to Head of Endpoint Security
Execute upon daily security audits as defined within the companies processes and procedures. ● Investigate security events through the analysis of logs, CCTV, access control, WLAN and other ICT systems. ● Perform regular security audits of logical and physical security ICT systems. ● Work closely with the various internal and external teams including Network, Systems, Voice, and Projects to ensure collaboration between organizations in finding an optimal solution that supports both the business requirements and Acquire’s defined security policies
● Perform risk and vulnerability assessment of firewall change requests, new applications, and tools that will be connected to the Acquire network. ● Monitoring of security tools and systems like firewalls, antivirus, IDS, VA/PT tools, Intrusion prevention systems, proxy servers, IDM tools, and support of all enterprise security capabilities. ● Participate in developing information security-related procedures and guidelines in support of Acquire’s security programs and initiatives ● Diagnoses and troubleshoots security-related issues & incidents and provides solutions with minimal to no impact to the business ● Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the ICT Security Manager.

Provides day-to-day network and systems administration duties on the Acquire-owned and managed Infrastructure ● Proactively monitors and analyzes network performance, availability and utilization. ● Troubleshoots reported network issues between Acquire sites and/or client datacenters and escalates issues to either clients, Level 3 support, or 3rd party service providers as necessary. ● Troubleshoots network-related issues on the other workstations and responsible for resolving or escalating issues to the necessary parties. ● Creates relevant documentation including, but not limited to, network diagrams, utilization reports, and inputs for RFOs with suggested preventive measures to avoid future recurrence. ● Other tasks that may be assigned by his superiors as required by the business. ● Troubleshooting end-user hardware devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile phones.

Network Support Analyst ● Configuring and managing Cisco network devices such as changing VLANs for different access for users (i.e. direct access to internet or through proxy server) ● Troubleshooting network connectivity such as routing to remote VPN sites. ● Configuring access entries and hardening network access to the management plane, data plane and control plane of network devices. ● Enabling port-security t`o switch ports to mitigate Layer 2 attacks such as CAM overflows. ● Mapping the network through CDP (for Cisco Devices). ● Making a diagram for the LAN to enhance troubleshooting time and for knowledgebase library. ● Monitoring the network with the use of PRTG Network Monitor. ● Deployment of Symantec client antivirus software with the use of Symantec Endpoint Management Console. ● Managing, configuring and troubleshooting VPN with Fortigate 300c firewall.
● Acts as backup System Administrator performing tasks such as managing Windows Server 2008 and Exchange Management Console. ● Troubleshooting end-user hardware devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile phones. ● Troubleshooting software programs such as Windows XP, 7 and 8; Microsoft Office suite with Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013; ERP programs such as Oracle Business suite with relation to Java and the browser and other office related software.
Projects: 1. Network Infrastructure Upgrade: Upgrade 8 TP LINK switches to Cisco switches and configured 6 vlans for internal users. Relocate Data Centre and re-terminate UTP cables for the new switches. 2. Site-to-Site VPN: Coordinated with ISP to link 30 sites to the main HQ in Riyadh using Cisco 1900 series and 1800 series routers using MPLS technology. 3. Symantec Antivirus Client Distribution: Symantec endpoint client was distributed thru VPN to support 400 - 500 users using the Management Console on a Windows 2008 server. 4. Remote VPN: Configure and manage Fortigate 300c firewall to support more than 300 users using SSL VPN.
