AR collections and remittances,

MENA daily operations,

salary preparations and disbursements.

VAT calculations, collections and payments,

Local daily cash management

Dealing with banks

Dealing with local authorities

Dealing with customers and Vendors

Bank, customer ledger, vendor ledger Reconciliations

. Ensuring all accounting procedures follow audit requirements and are in conformance with policy on
financial transactions.
. Documenting MIS reports for top managements perusal and assisting in critical decision-making
process formulating budgets and analyzing variances between projected & actual costs and
implementing corrective actions to rectify the same.
. Overseeing the companys financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Cash
Flow, Accounts Payables & Receivables Statements, and Balance Sheets
. Reviewing and verifying invoices of purchase orders and contract services Ensuring documentation of
billings & invoices as per the norms and policies
. Overseeing & documenting financial reports for forecasting cash flow requirements, strategic
plannings, budgets & business plan packages for new projects

- Overseeing finance & accounts activities

- Book maintenance, reconciliation, auditing, commercial functions, accounts receivables, payables, etc.

- Preparing statutory books of accounts,

-Reconciling financial statements

- Coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors for smooth financial operations

- Reporting & reconciling day-to-day cash movements in bank statements and analyzing their impact on company’s Balance Sheet and P & L Accounts

-Liaising & coordinating with finance & other departments for ensuring availability of documents & smooth day-to-day operations

-Instrumental in managing finance functions involving determination of objectives and designing & implementing systems & procedures to facilitate internal control

-Experience in handling overall day to day operations while working in close coordination with the other departments

-A keen analyst with honed problem solving, organizational, communication & negotiation skills knowledgeable person in Sales tax and GST matters.
