Major Responsibilities

- Monitoring all daily operation activities of Chlorine Dioxide Plant
- Supervising all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities as per schedule
- Troubleshooting of all Electrical, Mechanical & Instrument faults occurring while operation
- Maintain all reports for Operation and Maintenance activities
- Procurement of Raw Chemical and Spare Parts for Operation Purpose
- Material Inspection and Quality inspection for all the Deliverables from vendors
- Ensuring all Operation and Maintenance activities are done according to safety standards

Worked in LARGE SCALE PILOT STEAM FLOOD PROJECT, Joint Operation \{Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KSC) & Saudi Arabian Chevron INC.\}Wafra, PNZ. KUWAIT .This job involves active participation in the execution of all Electrical and Instrumentation works related to this Project.
Execution of this project involves:
- Installation of all electrical equipments such as LT and HT panel installation, Low voltage,
Medium voltage and High voltage over head (through heavy duty pipes and cable trays) and
Underground cable laying, Cable Glanding and Termination.
- Installation of various instruments like temperature and pressure gauges, Flow meters,
Various transmitters like temperature, level pressure etc. Also installation of motorized
Mechanical valves, their control.
- This project also involves industrial lighting, street lighting and building lighting.
- Installation of motorized pumps and their termination.
- Installation of proper industrial grounding for all equipments and panels.
- Installation of PLC and other control panels, their internal wiring, fixing of Terminal
Blocks, barriers, input output and power modules,

Operation includes routine monitoring of the outgoing 11 KV and 33 KV feeders and incoming 110 KV feeders, reliable actions taken corresponding to abnormal conditions such as feeder trip, heavy arcing, overheating of transformers etc.., issuing permit to work on live overhead lines, documentation of hourly data’s of feeders.
