Project Description: The hotel is in Kingdom Tower from level 30 to 50 Each level consists of 27 Guest
rooms which consist of superior king, Deluxe Room, Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Twin-Disabled, Premium King,
Four Seasons Exec Suites, One Bedroom suite, Presidential suite, Royal Suite, Kingdom suite.
Duties and Responsibility of the above-mentioned project:
- Study of Design drawings, specification to ensure that installation and operation conforms to
standards and to Client Requirement.
- Performing Inspection on daily basis for Installation and performing testing of all MV, Low
Voltage and LC system and equipment. Transformer, MV & LV Cables, MDB, MCC, DBs panels
and breakers, FAS, PAS, Telephone and Data System, MATV, IPTV, Master Clock System, Audio
Video System, BMS system, GRMS, BMU and Fire life safety systems.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s
performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Supervising and making inspections all electrical works within the project site with the highest
quality and standards in accordance with the approved shop drawings and technical
specifications and preparing snag list

King Abdul-Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) is a general government institution whose
complex is in the northwestern area of Riyadh and located on both sides of the King Abdullah Bin
Abdul-Aziz Road.
The Biotechnology Research Facility is the first of its kind in the Kingdom and in the region providing
state-of-the-art facilities, which are to include laboratory facilities Bio-Safety Level 2 up to Bio-Safety
Level 3 suites including top of the line equipment, management, and security.
The building consists of two wings of four stories each connected via internal pedestrian bridges
spanning a four-story height central atrium space between the wings. Total gross area including plant
rooms will be approximately 27, 300 square meters with Electrical load of 12 MVA.

gents, several indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including an infinity-edge-pool in addition to a
range of leisure facilities.
Main Duties and Responsibility of the above-mentioned project:
- Study of Design drawings, specification to ensure that installation and operation conforms to
standards and to Client Requirement.
- Study of BOQ by ensuring that material mention in project does not affect any major variation
for completion of the project on time, without any major changes in the budget allocated to
the project.
- Provide technical direction and implements the project construction work processes,
procedures, manuals, and systems ensuring that the contractors are building to the latest
revision of the drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Highly involved in development in making electrical design, estimation of work content,
material take-off and calculation of power distribution system.
- Performing the factory visit and approving the equipment as per standards and specification of
project requirement.
- Monitoring the EHS guidelines’ proper implementation at sites and issuing NCR’s if required.
- Witness or attending any field or shop electrical equipment testing FAT like MV switchgear,
MV/LV power substation, motor control center, power generators & ATS system, testing of
cables, fire detection and alarm system, and other low current systems.
- Performing testing of Transformer, Cables, Circuit Breaker, Low Voltage system, Low Current
system, Audio Video System, BMS system and lab equipment’s.
