On Senior Project Manager Position

- Plans, organizes, directs coordination and supervises the project activities
- Preparing monthly resource plan- equipment, man-power, material and financial plan for attending their applicability.
- Preparing weekly and monthly action plan for monitoring on its actual applicability.
- Writing correspondence letters about every necessary issue to the represented body of the team on the project. (Client, PM, QS & Consulting Engineers.)
-Raising Request for information (RFI), Clarification Request and addressing to the consultant
- Request site instruction for new orders, change and variation
- Make sure all inspection check list is approved by the resident engineer for every item of work execution
- Prepare Quality Audit Report at 30%, 70% & 100% project progress
-Make sure that daily, weekly & monthly safety audit report is prepared and act immediately on the correction measure required
- Contract administration, Project Planning, project control, Project Coordination, Monitoring & Evaluation of project progress (Physical & Financial)

-   Analyses performance variation/deviation and forecast its trend of the project from the project report and reports findings every month.

- Establishes quality assurance system or procedure and follow its implementation.
-   Compile and forward claims raised by the project due to variation orders, design problem, weather condition, delays in approval of material & proposal to contract department.

-   Check and approve material supply requisition (for materials to be supplied by the Head Office) for the project with respect to quantity, quality and time of delivery.

 1.      Plans, organizes, directs coordination and supervises the duty of the division.
2.      Analyses performance variation/deviation and forecast its trend of the project from the project report and reports findings every month.
3.      Forwards corrective action suggestion for deviations, from the standards established, for decision.
4.      Establishes payment collection time for projects and assure timely approval of payments by the client/consultant.
5.      Establishes quality assurance system or procedure and follow its implementation.
