Customer Retention and Extension Senior Specialist
• Managed loyalty program for SME customers, achieving 2, 7% decrease in monthly churn rate. Improved the program by giving more value to customers such as more points and trendy gifts to be the most competitive in the market.
• Worked closely with IT, finance and regulation departments to change the financial display of SME loyalty program: aiming not using OPEX budgets, but deducting the cost from revenue which resulted in 10% positive effect on EBITDA.
• Responsible for churn and revenue of all corporate business unit. Worked with sales and pricing units on customized offers given to SME and Corporate customers.
• Created 23 different brand partnerships with companies from different industries like cargo, fuel, car rental etc. for bolstering the corporate customers' loyalty. Partnerships are communicated through different channels to related micro segments.
• Replaced the inadequate reporting tool with an accurate one to effectively report on the participating customers to brand partnership programs.
• Analyzed customer and segment needs based on data from primary and secondary sources such as participating in focus groups, analyzing researches about corporate customers and churn, monitoring customer complaints/issues and conducting many different types of data analysis to understand the root causes of churn.
• Held all promotion and marketing activities of the loyalty and brand partnership program
• Lead two important projects: o Developing a Common loyalty program with group company Turk Telekom aiming to be the biggest at telecom sector.
