Troubleshooting of VSAT remote terminal onsite of via phone. Onsite Installation, commissioning and testing of VSAT remote terminal. Operation and maintenance of iDirect VSAT Hub and Remote making sure we attain the contracted reliability.

Day to day end user support, installation (software and peripherals) and troubleshooting of all IT and Telephony equipment within the company. Responsible for deploying IT units, installation of required software, hardware and peripherals, network cabling, arranging internet connection with ISP ( Etisalat) and making sure the all units are connected through the network for every new site (construction).
Providing onsite technical and system support for clients to assist in project implementation and maintenance undertaken by the Company.
Coordinate with the customer helpdesk team or other support group to provide onsite engineering support to end users on IT network
