Regional Operation Manager, completely operating LA SENZA stores in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain
• Responsible for the appearance and functionality of 20 stores within 4 regions and lead more than 80 employees with 4 countries.
• Playing a key role between the head office in UAE & other GCC offices by keeping the communication at level of the country managers & store managers.
• Reporting the store visits in Kuwait & other Gulf countries, to the senior operation and Brand Manager to take the appropriate commercial actions.
• Follow up on the sales result per store in daily, weekly, monthly, yearly bases and feedback about the weakness and strengths by submitting a proposal to improve and avoid increasing the loses in low performing stores.
• Analyzing the key business metrics and results to identify performance improvement opportunities & Set the proposal of the early budget based to stores key performance indicators and yearly sales turn over
• Coordinate between all departments to achieve the company aims.
• Control profit & lose through stores & office expenses.
• Creates a disciplined culture through a weekly conference call with all country managers & area managers in gulf regions to discuss the Business performance and take insights through figures and share region/brand priorities and action plans.
• Dealing operationally with project department to make that contractors handed over the newly opened stores as per the approved map from leasing departments of malls.
• Supporting the loss prevention department to plan & monitor the yearly stock take in order to achieve the budget of stock shrinkage.
• Leasing with logistic department to make sure that stocks arrive the stores as per the allocation set & as per the brand seasonal calendar.
• Prepare yearly product hindsight & market threats for each region and discuss it with the brand meeting.
• Assess talent through a succession plan to identify and retain top talent
