Controlling and invoicing export invoices for every bill of lading before vessel arrival to the next port.
- Checking and controlling amounts for every cross bill of lading before the invoicing procedure.
- Controlling commissions for brokers.
- Follow up every delay that will cause to avoid demurrage on customers.
- Report every month of all export vessels total growth and calculating our agency commission.
- Controlling our local charges collected on Port of discharge or place of payment and transferring them back to our agency
- Follow up with sales and documentation department to finish and do the closure of the vessel
-Taking care of the delivery of all items
-Taking care of all delivery or installation issues
-Opening claims and solve the claim's problems
-Follow up with vendors and customer until the defected item arrives to our branch.
-Creating accounts for people who will open their liste de mariage in khoury home
My showroom main responsibilities was checking for "hors-circuit" deliveries for customer's that is in a hurry for their items
I use to handle daily between 30 and 80 customer
Reason for leaving : distance problem
- Sales representative in the white and audio department

- Putting new offers in the system and on items.
My main responsibility was taking care of customers, explain every specification of each item and sell them what they are looking for.
