Job Description:
-Responsible for the physical unloading
-Visual inspection of packaging, counting, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping
of inbound and/or outbound raw materials or finished goods manually or using hand-
held RF scanner and mobile cart
-Responsible for carrying out the cycle process
-Maintain both shipping and receiving logs
-Optimize space by ensuring that everything is in place
-Create delivery and shipment reports and ensure that all information is keyed into the
company database (Knowledge in Oracle/SAP Platforms)
-Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and tools used in the delivery or
loading processes
Review of production order, Sales order, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and
System Summary
-Checking the refractive index of resin and hardener from dosed resin bucket in
random using refractometer and record the ratio in the process control data sheet
-Checking randomly handlay-up sequence of the socket reinforcement and thickening
laminate for epoxy pipes (GRE pipe with bell production)
-Inspection of each and every demoulded pipe, pipe thickness and outer diameter
-Inspection of Thread dimensions (GRE pipe with socket and pin
production)
-Carry out production testings (Specific Tangential Initial Stiffness Test,
Axial Tensile Strength Test, Hoop Tensile Strength test and Loss on Ignition)
-Offline inspection/ pipe clearance of finished goods. Dimensional control of pipes,
couplers and spools (GRE fittings)

-Inspection of mandrel diameter (advancing mandrel), check mandrel outer diameter @
7 equi-distant places and entering the values in form MOD
-Checking of raw materials online with production as per Production Order requirement and Raw
Material Calculation
-Checking the pipe thickness during production and after the pipe is cut/demoulded with a Pi Tape
or Thickness Gauge
-Inspection of each and every pipe cut/demoulded as per Visual Inspection Requirement
-Offline inspection/ pipe clearance of finished goods. Dimensional control of pipes, couplers
and spools (GRP fittings)
