•Manage suppliers’ invoices & payments and their booking into the accounting software

•Managed the importation map which involves updating the shipments’ status, issuing payments based on agreed shipping terms with our foreign suppliers (CAD, Free, LC)
•Succeeded in getting the best banking service for the company by developing strong relationships with the account managers in different banks
•Maintained the suppliers’ database updated. Among the tasks were adding new entries and reviewing payment terms and credit limits.
Developed a software to analyze the clients’ position in the financial markets and identify the broker’s exposure (which financial instrument, size of exposure, etc.) then give hedging suggestions based on the broker’s hedging rules
