I Plan and implement visual merchandising (VM) strategies to meet the requirements of both new and existing stores. Develop comprehensive VM guidelines and extend their implementation to all kiosk branches.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stocks and provide product knowledge training on skincare, wellness, and OTC medicines.
Assist the buying team by generating purchase requisitions (PR), creating goods receipt notes (GRN) for approval, and supporting Head Office operations. Collaborate with the project and inventory control teams to enhance stock management by updating the master data file for accurate inventory information across all kiosk branches.
Supervise team schedules, tasks, and coordinate product seminars from suppliers on a regular basis to ensure effective stock and inventory management.
The only VM Handle all Watsons stores across GCC, created and improved VM standards across all stores, over all VM planning for store openings, allocates store VM requirements on opening and existing stores, project management coordinate with suppliers/contractors for projects and compress cost quotations for budgeting and forecasts VM budget per store per region per quarter.
Implemented the new VM standard to all Watsons GCC and stratify VM pop-ups/POS to enhance more brand image, product presentation and better implementation of all Visual Marketing, product display and price marketing.
Developed marketing POS in stores to enhance VM POV, Work with marketing and buying team and collaborate with brand vendors for monthly store change over for planning and implementation of VM guidelines as per approved theme.
Shares ideas with operations and GM every week to enhance the quality of overall VM POV especially in graphics, ecom marketing, VM POS and next VM Plan across all Watsons stores in GCC.

Visual Merchandising|Team Handling
• Creates an eye-catching window, wall, tables & entrance set up decorations using the available store items in the handled stores in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Regular checking in every store handled thru the utilization of its space in every department to highlight and maximize display to provide wide varieties of items available to offer in the store from clothing, shoes, accessories and to home items.
• Highlight on entrance tables the high-end International fashion Brands (Coach, Michael Kors, Polo RL, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. & branded sports items.
• Ensures all handled stores are well maintained thru display presentation, clean, colourwise, size-wise, properly levelled & detailed, properly distributed of items with a strict of the eye that monitors Company standard through in category display of all American Section, German Tchibo (TCM) clothing and TCM Home items.

• Merchandised wall display and utilize areas of gondolas to maximize and showcase all categories in all store display. Managed store layouts in the handled stores in R&B Ajman, Alain and R&B branches in Saudi Arabia.

• Help store branches in Saudi Arabia, gives regular visits and training for store department heads, arranged store layout to maximize display and discuss updated new implementation of display of merchandise in kids, men’s, ladies, shoes, accessories and home items from 2015 - 2017 in Riyadh, Jizan, and Dammam KSA.
• Gives regular support in fixing within store wall, windows and floorsets for their merchandise display, implement new current season display guidelines, sharing new ideas on territory VMs, regular training of staffs in proper distribution of display on newly launched merchandise, latest fashion trends, product knowledge and display of promotional items.
• Responsible on Store Visual Merchandising Display in maintaining store and window images in accordance to the International Visual Merchandising guidelines of all Armani Exchange Stores worldwide.
• Customer Service, selling and consolidate daily inventories for store records, team daily schedules and store Visual Merchandising updates.
• Responsible on reports for store daily requirements, store consolidation and pull out, stock/items inventory, customer request and weekly updates to Brand Merchandising Managers (MM).
• Send reports weekly on cashiering records/accounts to accounting Head Office and HR concerns/request.
• Facilitate item/style transfer transaction, stock allocation and updates on store inventory to Store Supervisor and Store Manager.
• Send and Respond emails on any quires/concerns from Brand Merchandising Manager (MM) to different location brand Store branches.
