be filled up to identify all the information that needs to be complied with. Raised an RFI for the additional information.
• All materials related to the queries are to be raised with the supplier for an RFQ.
• Preparation of material quantity take-off of the project for pre and post-contracts.
• Preparation of costing/working sheet of the project for pre and post-contracts.
• Preparation of the cover sheet/quotation. Terms of condition, payment terms, marked-up rate, and all technical
adjustments are to be discussed with the salesperson.
• Marked-up drawing is to be prepared aligned to the material quantity take-off.
• Compiling and altering shop drawings.
• Quantity Survey and preparation of as-built drawings.
• Providing reports and documents to the wider team for project execution.
• Work closely/coordinate with other professionals such as architects, quantity surveyors, project managers,
manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Develop detailed designs and methodologies for the construction stage.
• Coordination with the internal project management team throughout the entire life cycle of projects.
• Supervised site inspections if required.

• Prepare all the designated plans for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings based on the equipment requirements of every project via AutoCAD.

• Conduct set-out plan for on-site layout of approved schematic.
• Layout the approved plan and MEP drawings on the actual site. Monitor the on-site condition.

• Prepare the plans and perspective of the proposed Globe Stores via AutoCAD, GOOGLE Sketch-Up and Photoshop.
• Communicate to the owner for the streets store and mall store for the site survey. Review site survey report.
• Prepare the schematics design and responsible of the approval for each assigned store. Prepare the architectural of the approved schematics design.
• Responsible for the shop drawings of all custom fabricated items and coordinate it to the fabricator.
• Responsible for monitoring the preparation of mechanical and electrical plans of the other team.
• Monitor the notation and approval of the perspective for the mall store.
• Layout the approved schematics on the actual site. Do revision based on actual discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare weekly update report for the stores roll-out for stores design monitoring.
Handle on site issues and revisions for on-going construction.

• Handle and prepare the presentation for the design and construction store standard for the old and new generation stores concept design.
