● Providing a variety of Rotating Equipment Engineering supports to contribute to the division strategy and goals which includes design reviews, studies, commissioning, start-up, failure analysis and advanced troubleshooting as part of punch list and warranty claim resolutions, and Management of Change.
● Developing and implementing surveillance and administration programs for critical Rotating Equipment of new projects to achieve high standards of Reliability, Integrity & Availability
● Develop appropriate equipment maintenance plans to include equipment checks, predictive & preventative maintenance (PPM), critical spare parts, and SAP data utilizing appropriate tools such as criticality assessments and FMEA.
● Applying consistent approach with multidisciplinary engagement to develop master SCE (Safety Critical Equipment) list enabling future assurance of equipment health though the update of maintenance strategies and plans.
● Integrating of the Emergency Response equipment into the asset master data and of relevant maintenance strategies necessary for assurance.
● Standardizing PHA, HAZOP, and LOPA, updating of MAE’s to enable Barrier Management aligned to industry best practices, driving efficiency and better understanding of Risk Profile.
● Support high risk commissioning activities for high complexities & large-scale projects by undertaking stringent system surveillance, tuning and optimizing rotating equipment, and providing advisory supports to Operations and Maintenance.
● Preparing, checking and approving Procurement related documents including material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, recommendations and vendor drawing reviews.
● Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical designers, process engineers, and project managers to integrate rotating equipment into overall system designs.
● Developing and implementing preventative maintenance and monitoring schedules to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
● Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues
● Specify selection criteria for rotating equipment and materials, based on factors such as service life, performance & cost.
● Working with asset/shutdown planning and other team members to review materials reservation, schedule, and pre-shutdown activity including l tools and spares verification.
