establish safety procedure and implement good management system and ensure that all work force are aware and full compliance with all safety regulation, conducting risk assessment of potential and hazardous operation and developing safety training.
Establish and implementing different procedure.
Ensuring that all lifting gears including webbing sling chain blocks and wire rope, and spreader bar is in good condition
preparing various emergency scenarios and conduct exercise update the entire document and drawing required for the emergency center smooth operation
Conducting safety training and site induction as per site requirements
Inspection all mobile works equipment plant and machinery, Impose good management system at site.
