Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Staffing
-To screen, evaluate and conduct preliminary interview of potential candidate to ensure
the recruitment of the right person for the desired job by facilitating fast recruitment
process.
-To induct the new joiners and provide all the needed paraphernalia like employee
handbook, welcome kit, explain the company policies and procedures and make sure they have a warm welcome and their first day of work runs smoothly.
-To check and coordinate with the HR Supervisor & PRO in monitoring all Visa &
Employment related issues like new visa requirements, visa expiry, passport renewal,
insurance etc. to avoid fines and penalty and make sure all employment legalities are
achieved and followed.

• HRMS
-To encode and maintain all the employee data in the Oracle system and carry out the HR portfolio at the time of Payroll.

• Attendance Management
-To monitor and record the attendance of Vision Hotel employees to assist the accounts
department in processing the leave and payroll and ensure the attendance records are
always available for audit and labour inspection purposes.

• Policy and procedures
-To assist the HR Supervisor in making new HR Procedures and making improvement
and revisions of existing ones to be in update with the current changes.
- To assist the HR Supervisor in formulating the budget of the department and make sure that all aspect of the HR and training needs are well funded

• File Management
-To compile and maintain all the employee documents and make available for the higher management and labour inspection purposes.

• Filing contracts and other important documents such as company’s files & each employee’s files in secured storage and ensuring their safety.

• Making monthly payroll for less than 300 employees in accordance with the daily time and attendance and gather data such as basic, overtime, incentives and bonuses, etc. by inputting in salary data sheet followed by making and creating SIF in WPS procedure.
• Monitors the account distribution of salary and wage payments including correcting prior distributions.
• Verifies accuracy of source documents, ensures appropriate approvals, and investigates discrepancies or errors.
• Communicate with employees regarding changes in salary, benefits, etc.
• Monitoring some company expenses as per schedules.
• Responsible for paying bills on or before the due dates.
• In charge for withdrawals & depositing cheques and some banking transactions.
• Performs other related duties as maybe required from time to time.
